Before dating services perfected the art and science of suggesting potential partners, relationships were more complex than they are today and the resulting stress led to the development of many coping/relating styles. These styles expressed both the individual personalities of the lovers as well as the personality of their bond.

Pick three from the following list – random and incomplete as it may be – and you will see one interpretation of a lover or love affair matching your selection. Once you’ve picked, know that your partner will have picked three, too. Compare them at your own risk.
